We'd prefer you spend your time deciding on the exact blind you'd like, rather than worrying about how reliable they are. We build exceptional products, and stand behind all of them with a lifetime warranty against warping, fading or other manufacturing defects. We will replace or repair any products that are defective. Brite Blinds will even cover the cost of all shipping. We will not cover damage due to fire, water, smoke or physical damage.
